11. Key qualification:
Ms. Clement has five years experiences in the field of water quality modeling and control, focusing on nutrient cycling and non-point pollution sources. She has worked on several projects dealing with pollution source control of eutrophic waters, modeling surface water quality for management purposes and integrated watershed management. She has extensive practices in the evaluation of emission and immission data in water pollution control of surface waters, standardization of water quality survey and processing of sampling strategies. She has practical computing knowledge (programming in Visual Basic, Excel, Pascal, experiences in the use of GIS applications).
